Over 200 commercial employees have been trained on how to leverage LinkedIn (excluding Sales Navigator) for lead generation and relationship building through a tailor-made program. The program focuses on Trusted Advisorship, Converting Content, and Prospecting and has resulted in significant gains, including a substantial increase in the number of professionals publishing relevant content, an average increase of 18 points in the S.S.I. (from 49 to 67), and the identification of more than 40 concrete business opportunities among SMEs and corporations
